Frequently Asked Questions
Does ZestPe issue its own UPI handles?
No. ZestPe operates strictly as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) providing the software and reconciliation workflow. UPI VPA identifiers, QR issuance, transaction acquiring and merchant settlements are provided directly by partner banks and RBI-authorised payment providers.
Will every payment settle instantly?
Payment confirmation and merchant settlement are different events. Funds are never held or pooled by ZestPe; actual settlement timing depends on the authorised payment provider, partner bank and applicable network rules.
Can I receive UPI payments on my website?
Supported website and app integrations are enabled through authorised partner arrangements following merchant KYC and partner onboarding.
