Our Role as a Technology Service Provider (TSP)
ZestPe Business (operated by QuiqPe Private Limited) operates exclusively as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and business workflow software platform.
ZestPe does not provide banking, lending, money transfer, payment aggregation, wallet or settlement services on its own account, and does not touch, hold, pool, escrow or settle customer or merchant funds at any stage of a transaction.
All regulated payment acceptance, UPI collection, virtual account, payout, connected banking, bill-payment and settlement services are provided directly by RBI-regulated partner banks and authorised payment service providers under their respective licences and merchant agreements.

ZestPe (QuiqPe Private Limited) is strictly a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and does not represent itself as a bank, NBFC, RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator (PA), Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) issuer, Bharat Connect Operating Unit or UPI TPAP.
Merchants onboarding through ZestPe enter into direct regulatory and settlement arrangements with the applicable partner bank or RBI-authorised payment service provider, subject to that partner's KYC, risk review and underwriting approval.
