Prohibited Activities
Users must not use the platform for:
- Fraud, impersonation or deceptive activity
- Money laundering or unlawful financial transfers
- Unauthorised collection of funds
- Transactions involving prohibited goods or services
- Unlawful gambling or other restricted activities
- Misuse of personal or financial information
- Circumvention of identity or business verification
- Unauthorised access to systems or accounts
- Distribution of malicious software
- Activities prohibited by relevant payment providers or applicable law
Enforcement
We may review, restrict or suspend access where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Additional restrictions may apply based on the selected banking or payment partner.
